It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. Shipping Policy:

Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart during checkout before payment is processed.

Shipping costs are calculated using the least expensive carrier based on the delivery time you select and the shipping weight of the order.

Order Processing

We ask our customers to please allow 1-2 business days for their orders to be processed and shipped. 

We cannot guarantee weekend delivery. To estimate the delivery time frame, please use the delivery window of Monday – Friday.

In the event that a back order occurs, you will receive notification via email. Backorders are shipped as they become available at no additional ship charge. If you would like more information on a back ordered item, or if you prefer to cancel the back order, please email your request to [email protected] referencing your order number.

Order Tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number at the end of the business day.

Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day warranty on all of our products. We understand that returns are sometimes a necessary process when products are purchased online. With this understanding, we are happy to provide our customers with a Satisfaction Guarantee on our entire line of products.

Defective Items:
If you or your customer received a defective item, you may return it within 30 days from receipt of delivery. You will need to contact our Customer Service department at [email protected]. In the body of the message, please reference the item number, order number and explain the defect on the item. If the defect is visible we will require photos sent to us displaying the defect on the item. Please have all this information available when contacting us.

If a replacement is desired, the defective item will be replaced upon validation of defect.

Unwanted Items:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Note: Our Customer Service Representatives will provide a store credit for the price paid for the product minus a 20% restocking fee.

Our Customer Service department will then provide you with an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) number and instructions to proceed with the return of the item. All returns must have an approved RMA number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

General Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Fifty Shaydes of Play website (fiftyshaydesofplay.com) and our rental properties. By making a reservation through our website or our booking partner OwnerRez, you agree to these terms in their entirety.

Reservation and Payment Terms

  1. Reservations are confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit and booking confirmation through our booking partner, OwnerRez.
  2. Valid credit card information is required to secure all bookings.
  3. Final payment is due as specified in your booking confirmation.
  4. Rates are subject to change without notice until reservation is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

We maintain a strict cancellation policy as your booking prevents other guests from reserving those dates. When you make a reservation, we immediately block those dates exclusively for your stay.

Cancellation Terms
  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in
  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check-in: 50% refund minus processing fees
  • Early departure does not warrant any refund
  • All items purchased as add ons or that are ordered to be sent directly to guests are final sale. There will be no refunds for those items. 
Travel Insurance

We strongly urge all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their vacation investment. Travel insurance can provide coverage for:

  • Unexpected cancellations
  • Medical emergencies
  • Travel delays
  • Weather-related issues
  • Other unforeseen circumstances
Special Circumstances
  • Force majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis
  • Any applicable refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation

House Rules and Property Use

  1. Check-in and check-out times will be specified in your booking confirmation
  2. Maximum occupancy limits must be strictly observed
  3. No unauthorized parties or events
  4. No smoking inside the properties
  5. Pets are subject to individual property policies and additional fees may apply
  6. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay
